I’ve been investing in myself this way for seven years, and to be honest, nothing has really met my expectations, so I’ve been very cautious. The fact that I chose to come should say something about how you represent yourselves. I’m rating this 10 out of 10. I come from the event world, and you crushed it. The way you lead, the way you show up, I felt very supported. Nobody in my life tells me what to do. I’m usually the one telling everyone else. Here I was so open, just soaking it up from both of you. This was the oil change I needed to keep my engine running. It’s rebuilt my trust in a space that has never met my expectations, and it gives me peace knowing there are good people out there who still care. So much of this industry is profit over people, and I didn’t feel that from you at all. I’m going to be a super advocate and a fan, and I don’t recommend many people. Ever.

I knew the moment I met you that you were different. It had been a long time since I’d looked at someone living the way I live. My goal for 2026 was to find the room, a place to go when I needed something. I’ve been to many corporate conferences, high-level leadership events, very competitive worlds. You can feel the measuring stick: the money, the outfit, all of it. This was different. The business brains in this room actually make me better. The homework alone was worth it. It made me press pause and go deep. I know my metrics are good and I’m cash-flow positive, but having someone say ‘do this exercise’ and take it deeper was really impactful for my business. I felt a switch happen. To be in community with women teaching logical, profit-focused business, where money isn’t a dirty word, has been incredible. Smart, kind, humble, badass women. For the first time in my entire life, I thought, ‘I’m in a whole room of my people.’

Usually when I leave a conference or training, I have a whole big list of things I’m not doing or doing wrong, and now I’ve got a huge to-do list. It feels like this huge gap: here’s where you need to be, and here’s where you are. This was different. It was, ‘Clear all of this away, focus on these things, and enhance them with a few little tweaks.’ You’ve already got this.

What I appreciated most was the time and space for absorption. Instead of a fire hose of information, you gave us all the goodies and goodness in a way we could actually take in. I know you could offer this for a whole month and we’d still be asking for more. You gave us room to process, reassess, and think, and to answer those life questions we have to get out of the way so we can refocus. It was well intended and well received. We’re all leaving with something real and tangible.

I’ve been to many conferences and retreats over the last ten years as I’ve grown and started wanting to build something of my own. So many times I’d sit with the worksheets and draw a blank. My head was so overwhelmed, I just wanted to get the right answer and didn’t know what it was, so I’d tell myself I’d do it later. This time it didn’t stop me. I didn’t have to wait, or feel under-qualified. I could just be where I’m at and let it flow. I’m honoring how far I’ve come, in myself and in my business. I’m leaving with a real knowing, and I’m showing up and doing it. It feels so good to have not only a plan, but something meaningful that takes me to the next level, toward a thing I’ve been afraid to do for a really long time. I'm intuitively led to do a lot of different things in my business and I just couldn't see how everything was connected — it felt so random. But after my conversation with Jen, I saw how beautifully they all connected and worked together, especially with the strategy she gave me to make a bigger impact and go all in on the big vision I have for my business. Her fire and her belief in you — she wants that for you, and it just comes through so fiery it ignites you even more. Invaluable.

I’m leaving here proud of myself, and that’s something I don’t do very often. I don’t usually take the time for myself. Being with the one-percenters, I felt accepted and welcome and not weird. I’m still weird, and I love being weird, but I’m weird with all of you. I came here playing full-out, 100%, even with the parts I didn’t want to participate in, and I did them. Sometimes it’s not that I don’t know what to do. I need to be told what to do, which I don’t like, so I appreciate being pushed. I didn’t get to just write it in my journal and leave, because I had to present it to the group. So now I’m fully committed. This group is my 1%, and they gave me the space to be who I am.

The bigger, deeper realization that hit me this morning is that I feel like I belong. I’m in a lot of groups, but when you’re up-leveling and charging the rates I charge, you need to be in the right rooms. I always felt like I was in the room, but not really in the room. I feel like I’m in the room now. A big piece of that was all of you and the connection. I felt completely unjudged. I feel like I actually belong.

I’ve been invited to a lot of retreats, and I’ll say without apology that most retreats aren’t qualified to have me as a client. Before I walked in, I made a decision: I’m showing up as me, with the same message I give other women, without explanation and without apology. So much came in the preparation, because I had to get in touch with the business side of things. I’m leaving knowing my gifts, knowing there’s no competition, and clear on my value and what I have to offer. I came here fully invested as a client, and also to take my own game to the next level. As someone who leads retreats myself, there are very few places I can go to get mentoring, be around women using the same tools I do, and learn from how they deliver. I’m leaving connected to every single woman here.
